Service & refund terms

Daily support: 09:00–19:00 India time, including weekends. That’s 12:30–22:30 in Japan while you’re travelling. Pre-trip messages are answered during these hours; urgent trip issues are prioritized.

What you pay for

Personal travel research, thoughtful recommendations and a plan we shape together. You book and pay travel suppliers directly. Planning fees are in USD per trip, not per person. We confirm the fee and delivery timing after discussing your trip, before you pay.

Introductory planning fees

Personal itineraries: $179 for a 7-day trip, $249 for a 10-day trip and $349 for a 14-day trip. Other trip lengths and arrangements are welcome; tell us what you have in mind. Your plan includes the daily route, hotel and transport comparisons, booking links, budget guidance, booking priorities, alternatives, questions and refinements.

Trip review: $49 for thoughtful feedback on your existing itinerary or an agent’s proposed package, with written recommendations and a conversation about the changes. If you choose a full plan for the same trip, the review fee is credited toward it.

Retreat matching: $99 for a researched comparison of suitable programs, practical tradeoffs and help choosing. Retreat journeys start at $199 and bring the retreat and surrounding travel together. Motorcycle route reviews are $79; complete motorcycle journeys start at $299. India experience sourcing starts at $99 for researching suitable hosts or local providers and working through the practical details. Provider charges are separate; a particular invitation or available match cannot be guaranteed.

A conversation, not a counter

Questions and refinements are part of the planning. We work through your feedback together so the choices feel right for your trip. There are no preset counts for clarification questions or revision rounds, and no hourly add-on charge for that conversation.

Full plans include practical help during your trip. Support is available 09:00–19:00 India Standard Time daily, including weekends, with urgent issues prioritized. Responses depend on availability; this is not a 24-hour emergency service. Suppliers remain responsible for their bookings, and emergency services and insurers have their own roles.

Hotel prices and booking decisions

We discuss useful hotel-rate rechecks before relevant free-cancellation deadlines. These are manual checks, not continuous automated monitoring. Prices may rise or fall; no lowest-price or savings guarantee is offered. You check the replacement and original terms before making any booking or cancellation yourself.

100% satisfaction refund

If you’re not satisfied, ask for a full refund of the fees paid to me, including my add-ons. There is no requirement to accept a revision first and no preset claim deadline. I initiate the refund within five business days, without deducting payment-processing fees; your bank or payment provider determines settlement time. Hotels, flights and other supplier purchases follow their own terms and are separate from this promise.

Timing and final decisions

We agree the start date, delivery date and payment arrangements before work begins. A typical first draft takes 5–7 business days for a full plan or around 3 business days for a review or comparison, after we have your brief and agreed start date. Your actual timing is confirmed personally.

Travel availability and supplier conditions can change. The public sample uses illustrative budget assumptions, not live quotes or an actual customer booking. Retreat planning covers travel and program comparison, not medical advice; motorcycle planning is not riding instruction or roadside rescue.
